Return Policy Overview
Thank you for shopping at MOOHAI. We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pearl jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our standard return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including the signature MOOHAI velvet box and any protective materials.
  • Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece of MOOHAI jewelry is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at ziyoux98@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and refunds will only be processed after the item is successfully received and inspected by our team.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal or credit card) within a certain amount of days.
